1) How can I cancel my subscription?
When you cancel, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Any unused credits will be deleted at the end of that billing period.
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in at https://leadoro.net.
- Go to My Account (bottom-left) → Subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription and follow the steps.
You’ll see a confirmation that the cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing period.
After cancelling, you can keep using your current plan until the period ends. You can also reactivate during this time by selecting Continue Subscription.

2) What is the refund policy?
You may request a refund within 14 days after payment provided that no credits were used during that period.
Eligibility conditions:
- The request is made within 14 days of the payment date; and
- No credit usage occurred in the relevant billing period.
3) How do I request a refund?
You must contact us within 14 days of your payment date and must not have used any credits.
Refund request procedure:
- Email info@leadoro.net.
- Clearly state the reason for your refund request.
- Include your payment details and the email address associated with your Leadoro account.
